
張人友,男,博士,副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。2012年畢業(yè)于北京化工大學(xué),獲機(jī)安全工程專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位;2013年畢業(yè)于英國(guó)謝菲爾德大學(xué),獲過(guò)程安全及損失防控專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士學(xué)位;2018年畢業(yè)于英國(guó)阿伯丁大學(xué),獲工學(xué)(安全及可靠性工程方向)博士學(xué)位。2018年-2020年于清華大學(xué)工業(yè)工程系完成博士后研究工作。2020年10月加入北京石油化工學(xué)院,從事教學(xué)科研工作。
主要從事危化類(lèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全人因失誤致因機(jī)理研究,復(fù)雜人機(jī)緊耦合系統(tǒng)人因安全評(píng)估方法理論研究。先后發(fā)表論文20余篇,其中SCI/EI收錄論文10余篇,中文核心論文4篇,參與出版國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)著作1部,參與編寫(xiě)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)3項(xiàng),行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1項(xiàng),團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1項(xiàng)。入選北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)2021-2023年度青年人才托舉工程,獲聘期刊《安全、健康和環(huán)境》、《化工安全與環(huán)境》、《西部素質(zhì)教育》編委,中廣核核電安全監(jiān)控技術(shù)與裝備國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室客座助理研究員,歐洲安全與可靠性年會(huì)(ESREL)學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)委員。多次受邀為SCI期刊《Reliability Engineering and System Safety》,《Safety Science》,《Ships and Offshore Structure》進(jìn)行審稿工作。牽頭開(kāi)發(fā)了基于灰色理論的人因安全影響因子分析系統(tǒng),并收到國(guó)家級(jí)能源化工企業(yè)關(guān)注;參與開(kāi)發(fā)了核電廠主控室集成系統(tǒng)人因驗(yàn)證與確認(rèn)軟件工具箱。
